Today I put an Evo 9 on the dyno to just check to see its power now that it has switched to E-85. This Evo has been on our dyno before and I help the customer to tune it on regular old 91 pump fuel. He has since then put some E-85 in the tank and turned up the boost to 30psi and man does this car scream!!

The car made 444whp and375ft/lbs! Now the kicker to all this is the turbo used is a stock appearing turbocharger! The turbo is made by Blouch and is called the BBK Full. Car makes full boost (30psi) before 4000rpm!! This is all on the stock 2.0l with no headstuds as well! E-85 really is an amazing fuel and as we do more and more with it we can see that surpasses even most leaded race gases in terms of detonation resistance and it is cheaper that regular 91 pump fuel! Win win if you ask me.

You can find any parts to make you Evolution scream here:

Hello All,
Today we had a customer come in to get his Evo X MR tuned and it came out fantastic! We have been working on the Evo X since it came out owning the first built Evo X in the country so needless to say we know the cars pretty well.

This Evo X MR came to us bone stock. We added an Agency Power blow off valve to help hold boost pressure and then we started to tune.

I really like the Evo X and with just a flash they can obtain amazing results! With just our VR Flash the car picked up 30WHP! Thats quite the difference in just a flash.

Our VR Flash can be found here:

Hello All,

Just wanted to share a car we tuned today here at Vivid Racing. This customer came to us from Texas and was up working in Tucson so he decided to come down and get tuned. This car currently has a VF34 with 740cc injectors, Agency Power equal length header, and a 3 port boost controller. This is also an automatic so it loses a bit more power going through the driveline getting the power to the ground, but great results none the less!!

65hp and 43ft/lbs is an awesome gain! In the low end the car picked up 100ft/lbs of torque! The car really woke up with the new tune!

We can tune a wide variety of cars and can see the rest of our VR Flashes here: http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/vr-flash-hp-and-tq-booster-mitsubishi-evo-vi-vii-viii-xi-x-p-45592.html
