The newest retro car from GM is the 2010 Camaro SS with its throwback design and new age performance. It is only fitting to give this muscle car a bit more bark to go with its bite. Enter Agency Power and the 2.5″ stainless cat-back exhaust. Designed from the ground up, this exhaust will provide a modest power gain in both horsepower and torque as well as a much needed rumble that the Camaro lacks from the factory.

No this is not a photoshop, no Vivid Racing did not do it, and yes it is part rock n roll and part frightening. But major props to the owner for the body work to get this thing to fit so cleanly. Yes ladies and gents, that is a 98-02 Camaro rockin a morphed replica TechArt body kit. Not sure these came in the IROC, but this could be a SS. So get out your Lynard Skinard Cassettes and put the pedal to the metal! All the TA details are there: Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, and Side Skirts. Is this the highest form of flattery? I expect this to make its way around the internet community but of course, original at the Vivid Racing Blog. Enjoy!

Improved Performance for Camaro SS with APR Splitter

When you pick up your new Camaro from the dealer, it has been designed for the street and daily driving purposes. Chevrolet has developed a great car for that purpose, but many owners have a different need in mind, track performance. APR has created a wind splitter for the 2010 Camaro that is perfect for the track without hurting the drive ability of the car on the street. APR Performance parts are created with the finest materials and developed with tedious research to ensure the final product is perfect.

A Wind Splitter is a protruding flat surface in the front of a car that is designed to decrease front end lift and exert downforce. By creating a high pressure area on top of the wind splitter, high pressure air flow is restricted to flow underneath a car. With low pressure below the car, the effect of lift is reduced and a driver can gain from the extra traction and control. The included rods ensure this splitter stays rigid and perform its job at all speeds.
