Our customer from Mexico sent us this photo of his 750 horsepower 997 Turbo racing down the circuit versus one of his friends 997 GT3 Cup Car.  The 997 Turbo features a complete TechArt GT Street Aero Kit and power mods by Vivid Racing.  Obviously the 997 Turbo is much faster then the Cup Car on the straights, but the dialed suspension, high revving motor, and light weight chassis of the Cup Car will eliminate the Turbo in the turns.  Check out some of the parts this 997 Turbo has on our site here – http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/index.php?class_9=5153&my_type_id=8&class_8=38

Driving on the Autobahn in Germany, we spotted this 2009 Porsche 997 GT3 just outside of Nurburg cruising along.  You can see it has the new LED tail lights and the rear wing along with the front bumper is slightly different.  The car sounded AMAZING.  Though he never took off, it was poetry in motion.  Check out the pictures below and video of it.

Today a new customer came by with his beautiful Porsche 997 GT3 in red.  The car is absolutely amazing and only has 3000 miles on it.  The customer was interested in a better intake system and doing an upgraded exhaust.  Looks like we might have a new project car on our hands.  I had to take a couple of snaps to show how amazing the red color looks.

One of our loyal forum customers sent us these photos of his silver 997 GT3 ripping around the track.  The GT3 is the ultimate track car but like every vehicle, improvements can be made.  Nicknamed SwatDoc, he has upgraded all 4 corners with the Brembo 2pc floating rotors.  The rotors save 3lbs per corner in the front and 5lbs per corner in the rear.  Since this is a track car, he has decided to run the Pagid Yellow RS19 brake pads for the ultimate bite on the road course.  With the floating rotor using the Patented McLaren hardware, the rotor is in a true center line giving the pad even wear.  Read more on the Brembo 2pc Rotors for the 997 GT3 or Turbo here .
