The Middle East is on fire with Vivid Racing right now.  This Porsche 996 Turbo customer from Kuwait hooked up their car with some new part from us.  To help improve his stopping power of this monster horsepower car, he added the Porsche GT3 6piston brake kit.  Improved handling came from the JIC Cross coilovers, H&R sway bars, along with the Agency Power control arms and sway bar links.  Improving his performance, he added the JIC Cross stainless steel exhaust system, Agency Power carbon fiber intake kit, Agency Power boost hoses, and GT2 intercoolers.

Vivid Racing took on a sister to our Project EVO X and started this project back in May. The red EVO X was driven all the way from Florida by the owner, Joel. He camped out here in Phoenix while we transformed this stock EVO X to a monster. We added the Agency Power GT35R Twin Scroll Turbo Kit, Advan RS Wheels, Agency Power Cold Air Intake, APR Wind Splitter, ECUTek Tuning, and more. Honoring our VWVortex.com customers, Vivid Racing strapped down this Volkswagen Golf MKV with some great bolt ons.  The car had a front mount intercooler, turbo back exhaust, water meth injection, intake, charge pipes, and REVO flash.  The 2.0T ran on our Mustang Dyno in FWD mode making around 205 wheel horsepower on our “reality check” machine.  With close to 240ft/lbs of torque, the car at 18psi ran very well.  It was on par with our Project Audi A3 car which made about 210HP and 240TQ.

Agency Power has just released their all new carbon fiber cold air intake kit for the Porsche 996 Turbo.  Based off their other aluminum box, this carbon fiber unit adds a sense of style and quality to the engine bay of the Porsche.  The intake utilizes the factory air snorkel to guide air in and across a colored silicone tube to the left box which houses a K&N air filter for maximum performance.  As tested on a Mustang AWD Dyno, the cold air intake kit produced 32 wheel horsepower and 22 ft/lbs of torque in the mid RPMs.  Check out all the info and pictures of the Agency Power Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake Kit Here.
