Product Information AEM Intake Systems are designed to produce massive horsepower and torque gains as well as better engine sound when used as a replacement for the factory airbox and air filter. Kits usually include an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for optimum air flow, filtration, and performance while allowing easy oil-free cleaning. Mandrel-bent aluminum intake tubes, powder coated heat shields, and high quality hardware are designed to reduce restriction and reduce intake temperature. This AEM Cold Air Intake System connects directly to the Genesis TD04H turbo compressor inlet. From the turbocharger, the intake inlet tube is directed to the passenger side wheel well. In order to make a clear path to the passenger side wheel well, AEM engineers had to redesign the vehicles windshield washer tank. To this end, the AEM cold air intakes for the Genesis include a high-quality windshield washer tank to replace the factory unit.
