This is a Turbo Outlet fit to the factory turbine. Connected exhaust gas sent up by a turbine to a front pipe to smooth and reduced load to a turbine. The exhaust emission that come from the turbine smoothly tied to the front pipe, and the load to the turbine was reduced.
