Product Information The KW Dynamic Damping Control (DDC) coilover kit gives you all the control you could ever want. With a click of a button you get individual lowering and three different damper setups. It can be chosen between a basic setup for sporty driving on normal roads, a comfortable setup for un-even/poor road surfaces and the extra sporty setup for maximum driving dynamics on well maintained roads and race tracks. The different damper settings are controlled electronically with a proportional valve that regulates the flow of oil in the damper within milliseconds of you hitting the button. Instillation is just about as easy as installing normal coilovers. An illuminated dash mounted button is provided to switch damper settings from Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus dampening modes. An optional W-LAN Module is available to allow you to use the innovative KW DDC App for Apple iOS devices. As if that was not enough all KW coilover kits allow individual lowering within the TUV-tested adjustment range, so you can stance your car exactly how you like it. The KW DDC App allows you to fine tune and customize specific percentages of dampening forces for the front and rear axles of the vehicle, via Bluetooth and the optional W-LAN Module. Adjustments can be made between 0% (max comfort) to 100% (max sport). You are able to save 5 custom settings which can also be shared with friends via email. The KW DDC App is available for free download on Apple’s App Store. Taken into consideration with each KW coilover design are important characteristics such as quality and performance. KW specifically design and engineer each vehicle application for the proper range of motion, min/max weight loads and min/max lowering. KW maintains all these requirements while retaining its performance handling characteristics. The stainless steel construction internally and externally provides long-term durability and corrosion resistance from the elements.
