Product Information Manley Performance manufactures the finest steel connecting rods in the industry. For the budget conscious enthusiast, they offer a very high quality, yet economical, H-Beam design connecting rod. These are manufactured from 4340 alloy forgings and fully machined, heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and magnafluxed. All H-Beam connecting rods are built with a choice of 3/8" ARP 2000 or ARP 8740 bolts. On all Manley connecting rods, sets are weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams, big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of +/- .0002", critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and exacting attention is paid to every detail by the final inspection department; thus rendering a finished product that is second to none. These Manley Performance H-Beam Rods are rated up to 750 horsepower with ARP 8740 bolts.
