*30-Day Money Back Guarantee most follow these guidelines:

• Money Back Guarantee is good ONLY for 30 Days from original invoice date. 
• Item must be brand new in unused condition.
• All original packaging, components, instructions, must be included in undamaged condition.
• Special Order and Freight/Oversized items are restricted from this program.  Special order items are deemed as:  Custom to the customers needs, speciality built products, non standard items, made to order products, or products that must be imported or purchased specifically for individual customer.
• Returns must be approved by Sales Manager and assigned an RMA number.
• Items must be shipped back to Vivid Racing for inspection before processing a refund. Vivid Racing does not pay return shipping nor refund original shipping. 
• Refunds will be issued after inspection via the original form of payment for the original invoice product values.
• Vivid Racing does reserve the right to void 30-Day Money Back Guarantee with a written response stating reason.  If the guarantee is voided, the customer can either pay a restocking fee of up to 35% or have the item shipped back to them.
