RPS Billet Strapless Twin Disk Carbon Clutch with Steel Fly Chevrolet Corvette C5 97-04

RPS's Billet Twin Disc Carbon clutch is perfect for street acrs that are also raced with up to 800 rwhp. This clutch uses a unique "Strapless" design where RPS machines a new billet aluminum cover and then replace the standard cast iron clutch plate inside the cover with an aluminum piece using our patented segmented carbon friction facing. The "Strapless" design replaces the traditional three strap system used to locate the casting in the cover. These straps can be a weak link with high horsepower cars and our new system makes for not only a much lighter clutch, but also a stronger one. The engagement is near stock with a light pedal and a smooth feel. Great for heavy street use and all forms of racing.
