Ready to take your Porsche 997 Turbo to the next level of handling? Vivid Racing has put together this Race Suspension Package to transform your 997 Turbo into the ultimate handling machine. Still driveable on the street, this package utlizes the JIC Cross coilovers and Agency Power suspension parts to improve your cornering capabilities. The first part of the package includes the JIC Cross Competition Coilovers. As used on all 3 of Vivid Racing's Project Porsche Cars, the JIC Cross coilovers give you Moton quality performance on a budget. With an ultra fast reacting monotube damper, these coilovers with helper springs are tuned from JIC Japan to handle anything put in front of it. With a spring rate of 8kg front and 12kg rear, the coilovers feature 16 way adjustable dampening. What really sets these coilovers apart is they include front aluminum camber plates and rear solid pillowball mounts. These mounts replace your factory rubber strut tops to give you better steering responsiveness and with the front, up to negative 3 degrees of camber.
To balance out the cars inherited over and under steer, we equip this package with the Agency Power adjustable sway bars. The front is a 3 way 25mm setup while the rear is a 24mm 3 way adjustable sway bar. The solid steel bars offer 50% more stiffeness then the factory units. They are designed to be used together to provide the ultimate in neutral balance while keeping the car flat on on corners. To reduce any possibility of flex on the front sway bar links, we include the Agency Power Front Adjustable Sway Bar Links. These links relocate the position to the factory wheel carrier pinch bolt. The sway bar link is CNC machined 6061 aluminum and features 3 piece QA1 teflon lined spherical rod ends with spacers.
The final part to this package is the Agency Power rear adjustable control arms. This set of 4 control arms replace the stock "dog bones" with CNC machined 6061 aluminum control arms with heavy duty QA1 spherical rod ends. The control arms feature a flat and reverse threads for on the fly track adjustments of rear camber and toe. Because the control arms use rod ends instead of the stock rubber bushings, they give the rear end more rigidity and better response to the conditions.
We recommend doing a full corner balance with this setup to GT2 specs. These parts are great for those that want to drive fast on and off the track. Having tested them on our own Project 997TT, we guarantee this combination to greatly improve your cars handling.
