i got my exhaust fixed today!.. very happy about that..

Alot of why my car is going to be part of the three that are being sponsered has to do with me being friends with these guys for a while. I'm not to fond of neons and such either, but I'm hoping that this turns out to be more than that with shows and everything. Should be fun. It could just as easily get on my nerves and turn out to be nothing, but I doubt it. I found out some more info on the show on sunday. It is not a car show or even a public event. It is a private show for vendors and companies along the east coast and some out west. companies showcase new products and things. Some companies use cars in there booths to show the items, thats where my car comes in. There will be photographers from different car magazines there so you never know, maybe my car will show up in one. I drop my car off tomorrow and will get more info from the guys. unfortunatley since I'm carless till Sunday i will be rockin around in my sisters Durango. 'sigh' I'm already having withdrawl symptoms.[br]

Grrr. i was supposed to have my car tuned by TurboXS last saturday, but they called me the thursady before and told me that thier dyno was broken and they werent sure when they were gonna be able to tune it.

Haha ... funny Goose. I like my warm tropical environment. [br]Winters look fun to play in, but not to live in. The only salt I [br]ever have to worry about is in the air near the beach, and on [br]the rim of my margarita glass! haha Plus, my rex is a rare [br]beast on the road, so I get a lot of attention. Unfortuneately, [br]there aren't many rexes down here. The ones that are, are [br]spread out quite a bit. That's why I havn't been able to find or [br]build a network to meet with. I've met a few on the road, and [br]try to make a point of contacting (leaving business card or [br]note) on WRXs I see in parking lots. But, most of the ones I've [br]met are not local. Oh well.[p]Moving north is simply not a preferred option! I also kinda [br]like being a few hours from both Daytona Speedway and [br]Homestead-Miami Speedway. Yeah, I'm a NASCAR fan.

They told me that they would let me know when the dyno was fixed and I would be first in line. I want to know my HP too. Im guessing between 280-300whp

Now thats funny. A NASCAR fan from Boca Raton FL! How close are you to Gainesville? A guy I used to work with transferred to their department a couple of weeks ago. I'm just trying to get a feel for where in the state your at. Hey Noodle, try to get me a link for that Cobb downpipe. For some reason I couldn't find it on the net.

Yeah its probably my favorite spoiler. Not to big to be obnoxious and well constructed. Best prices I've seen for it is on E-bay. Only like 250. Although I allready have ricetezzas I'm hoping some morette tails will be in order by late spring. My goal is to have a totally differant car by the time summer hits. God and money willing it shall be done. Thanks for the link.

HOLY SHIT I THINK I FOUND MY DOWNPIPE! That is better than any Ihave seen including Vishnu's. Little expensive but the quality from Cobb is worth my coin any day of the week.

I might be getting that downpipe this week or next. I was waiting for my catback to ship before I ordered up or downpipes but that piece looks pretty tempting. I'd honestly believe that their street pipe makes almost the same power as the catless one too

I'll get the street pipe simply so when I do go to emmissions they will see a cat in the original location with the ole mirror on a stick. The spoiler I plan on getting in the next day or two. Not sure how long it will take to ship, and hell yeah I'm installing it. Downpipe is waiting for tax money. Thats buying an uppipe and intercooler as well. Can't decide if I wanna install everything a piece at a time or wait and do it all once I get all the pieces. Any opinions on an uppipe?
