haven't posted in a while, but been pretty busy.

not sure on when I'll be available for another meet. just started my new job at the road shop at circuit city. better pay than staples, plus i get to work on cars all day so not sure when I will be getting days off in the future. plus starting school next week.

looks like the best days would be wednesdays but that probably wouldn't work for too many people.

guess we shall see.

oh yeah, reminds me that on wed. sept. 8th at 5, wilkins subaru in glen burnie is having a get-together. free food and goodies and $100 prize for the best car. don't expect to win but I'm down for the free food.

I say we make the next immediate meet on the 8th at Wilkins Subaru. B- even if nobody else wants to go I'm still down. Memphis- up/down install DIY should take basically a day. Downpipe is pretty straightforward. Uppipe is the bitch. Do you have access to a lift? Let me know if you would like some help.

Just let me know when your planning on trying to get it in and I'll let you know if I can make it. I must tell you though that I have never done one. I was present the entire time my mechanic put it in so I saw how he did it and learned alot from seeing the car up on the lift. Try to get your hands on a torque wrench and the torque specs for the uppipe bolts. Don't want any leaks!

Well im not gonna be able to get the downpipe on today now as they forgot to send me the gaskets so i guess im gonna have to try and do it all next saturday. Torque wrench is not a problem cause my dad has one and i can find the torque specs out pretty easy since my dad paints cars at a subaru dealership

Its 4 A.M and I'm stuck at work with nothing to do. Raced a Grand Am GT and A neon sxt with a fart can before I came to work tonight. Gran Am hung for while. But then I shifted...... The neon I just played with. Let him get about 15 car lengths and then pass him like a bat out of hell. I did it to him twice and he still honked as if to say"thank you for spanking my ass!". Nothing to write home about but I'm bored. Should start ordering some goodies this week. B- you still up for the 8th? Memphis-you decide on a date yet? And my stock BOV is actually getting louder. If I can't get a GFB in stock somewhere I might go with the Forge and save a hundred bucks.

Goose - havent decided on a date for sure but it looks like it might either be this saturday or sunday coming up. I went to the strip for the first time saturday night and was kinda dissapointed but the heat and humidity pretty much slowed everything down. Ended up running consistant 14.9's and 15.0's with my best time being a 14.8 @ 92mph with a 2.1 60 ft. Need to work on the launch a little bit more.

Hey B, what kinda price can you get on wire? (ground, power, etc) Is your employee discount worth anything or should I shop around? Don't mean to impose on the new job but any help is appreciated. Memphis, can't do it this weekend. Working on midnights now. I could probably drive out first thing in the morning but I don't know how much help I would be.
