Vivid did my re-flash. As my car is also a daily driver I wasn't trying to get it fine tuned for every little tiny HP I could get. I've been running my re-flash from them for almost a year and a half with absolutely no problems. No CEL, no codes thrown, correct boost, EGT's right where they should be. Can't say enough good things about it.

yeah goose . . . got the tint off but the stupid mva up there only checks cars between 8:30 and 10:00 am. and no mva will do it in "incliment" weather. so basically I have to wait for a sunny day cause overcast counts as incliment weather.

the guy at the mva said it wasn't a huge deal to go over the deadline by a few days. I will get another statement and another 45 days before I can get my registration (or liscence) suspended.

but i can't stand having no tint for long so hopefully first thing next week i can get it done.

Memphis I didn't go with the ECUtek because I didn't want to go through the hassel of trying to find someone who would. that is why i went with the Turbo XS UTEC because it will allow me to retune it with no problems since there is a Turbo XS place around Maryland. If I hear anything I will let you know though. Although I may not tell you since you don't show up to meets j/k

so i just registered for an indoor spot at the Ocean City Car Show June 11-12. Anyone who wants to come is welcome, i know its in a while but i wanted to make sure i had a good spot Hopefully, I'll have the motor swap and new turbo in by then, im also hoping to have seats/harnesses and possibly that custom JUN style hood ive been talking about. Im not really sure if I have a chance or not, but hey it cant hurt to see. Im also going to register for Hot imprt nights at the dulles expo center on june 25 but the registration isnt open yet

btw...im having new thoughts about the motor...perhaps a v7 shortblock with v8 heads?

Manny - Id be up for a meet but i live about 45 mins to an hour away from where you have them and sometimes with work it makes it hard to get there. Im also thinking about going with Utec since it can be tuned here in MD.

Stealth - Me and my buddy who has a stage 2 wrx are both going to the O.C. carshow on the 11th and the 12th. Were going down for the whole week so maybe will see ya there.

Stealth - Do you think i should get the Garrett GT-11, GT-12 or the Zilla series TD06 20G for my STI? All 3 would probably be good choices just cant really make my mind up.

Must be nice to have those decisions to make!
This weekend is sucking ass. I didn't get to see any of the races on Saturday and I'm stuck on a 24hr shift. Yes thats right, 24hrs. I went in at 400 on saturday afternoon, and I don't get off until 400 sunday afternoon. Talk about suck. I think I got another package in the mail today, or yesterday whenever I was home last. But I won't know for another 10 hrs.

Got the lights in. Tiny little box in the snail mail. It was kinda funny. I'm just waiting on one little more item and I'm good to go. The 1/0 guage ring terminal for my ground is the only thing holding us up. As soon as that gets here its on. I'll keep you posted.
