With a couple of small modifications you can run 16psi safely, even 17 if you are careful. I would stay at 16.

What level of boost will the WRX motor take before detonation sneaks in? Is there a knock sensor on this thing?Im kinda old school too and does it run a fuel management unit like my mustang Procharger unit did or does it enrich its self thru the E.C.U under boost.
I'd like to turn it up to @ 16 lbs. of boost.Any suggestions???? ![]()
