Great update! We dyno tuned the EVO X on our Mustang Dyno using the ECUTEK software. Tony from UMS came over and helped us get it done. A true stand up guy! Our car was run on 91 octane and at 22psi, the car made 402awhp. Being that the Mustang Dyno reads low, that is about 440 - 450 on a DynoJet on pump gas. To verify these numbers, Vivid Racing will bring their EVO X to UMS and test it on their DynaPak which is very consistant with DynoJet numbers. At 402 all wheel horsepower, that is around 500 crank horsepower. Next we will be testing the EVO X on straight C16 Leaded Race Gas. We hope to get about 500-550 all wheel horsepower which would shoot us WELL over the 600 crank mark we set out to obtain.
The car has great AFR and consistant boost levels with the Greddy Profec B boost controller installed. With the GT35R even though it is a twin scroll, the lag is still apparent. However once the power kicks in, the performance is greatly noticed. Stay tuned for videos and sound clips of our Agency Power turbo kit in action! 5k full boost? *whistles* I like how it stops on the way up though. I know it sounds mean on the dyno. I want to drive it.
