VR/Pepsi Announce Vehicle Partners for RX8

Vivid Racing is proud to announce its partners for the 2005 Pepsi Mazda RX8 promotional tour. Focusing on strong cross promotion, marketing, and branding, Vivid Racing has teamed up with some of the best companies and individuals in the automotive and action sports industry. To launch the Vivid Racing Pepsi Mazda RX8, only the premier companies were chosen to participate. With our scheduled car debut date of June 25th at the HIN event in Washington, we have lots to look forward to.

What can you expect to see from Vivid Racing. The Tour RX8 will be the most modified car. This car will have a full Veilside D1GT body kit. It will be accompanied with a carbon hood from Seibon, carbon mirrors from Ganador, and a carbon GT Wing from APR. The car will roll on custom 19” IForged red Daytona wheels with BFG Tires. The suspension will be setup by JIC with full coilovers and strut bars. ARC will provide engine accents. PWR will assist with their large aluminum radiator for cooling the Greddy Turbo Kit (which we paid for, sorry Greddy no stickers for you). The exhaust will be blown out with a JIC Titanium Tip exhaust system. Exedy twin plate clutch will hold the power down with a Agency Power short shifter to keep it in gear. Agency Power will debut their all new adjustable RX8 sway bars with sway bar links as well. The inside the car will house a AutoPower 6 Point roll cage, Bride seats with matching material throughout the vehicle. EDO will be providing DEFI gauges with a custom DEFI gauge pod made by Vivid for the dash. Team Tech will be providing incredible 3 inch 5 point harness to match the color scheme. Kenwood, Illusion Audio, and Diamond Audio will pound the stereo. StopTech will provide their 4 piston 15 inch front brake kit with matching rear rotors and lines. Vivid Racing plans on painting the car a 3 color scheme with a stylish graphic display for its loyal sponsors. Meguiars will be on board keeping the car clean while Tribal Gear will be keeping the Vivid Boys in style to promote the image and lifestyle of motorsports and culture.

The Sweepstakes car is much less complex then the tour car. This is the car that will be given away at Pepsi.com. This car will feature production RAYS Ggames 19 inch wheels with BFG Tires. Espelir springs and exhaust with some custom carbon fiber engine dress up pieces. The outside will include a stylish graphics display which will be accented by a Veilside V1 Lip Kit, Seibon Carbon Hood, and Carbon GT wing by APR. Inside the car you will find a loud stereo system by Kenwood and Rockford Fosgate. Rotora will provide a brake upgrade with rotors and lines.
