Welcome! To post pictures, you must first have them hosted at someplace like www.imagestation.com or something. Then, once they're hosted, you right click each picture and find out the URL of it. Once you get that, you can reply to a post with that URL between these tags: [img] [/img] .... so what you should end up with is something like

(without the spaces of course) and when you do that, it'll produce this:[br]

Looks like someone has run out of bandwith. I think you need to get more or find another host.
