Special for This Event:

To kick off 2005 Solo 2 Spring Series, the Arizona Region is offering Scoreboard Poker during the January event. The person with the best hand in each run group wins a certificate for a 2005 rule book (or an actual rulebook if they are available). The hands are generated by the times displayed on the scoreboard.

Rules:

--Cone penalties and course deviation do not factor into the poker hand, your best raw time on the board for the run group is the hand you play
--Time only runs are not eligible for prizes
--In the event of a tie, the first person to score the winning hand takes the prize
--0 is low card, 9 is high, best hand wins
--If the course or driver go to six digits, only the best five will count toward the hand.

The rankings are:

--Five of a kind
--Straight - in order on the scoreboard
--Four of a kind
--Full House
--Straight - random order on the scoreboard
--Three of a Kind
--Two Pair
--Pair
--High Number



Be sure to try your hand on the inside straight at PIR Gulch!

8:30AM Course closed for walking
8:40AM Driver's Meeting (Required)
9:00AM First car in Run Group A starts

Run Order:

All Street Tire, Novice, Ladies and Sportsman categories
can choose their desired run group on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Work assignment group will depend on run group.
