Hello UTV Owners! We are really excited about this new VR Forged product to share for the Polaris RZR and Can-Am X3. Having been in this performance aftermarket industry for 21 years, there has been a TON of carry over from automotive to UTV since we at Vivid Racing started UTV parts sales in 2016.
VR Forged UTV Wheels – Lighter, Stronger, Sexier!
We have been selling some of the top 1pc forged monoblock wheel brands for vehicles for quite some time. Taking our experience with design, weight, fitment, and function, we created our VR Forged product line. Unlike others that come out with a standard cast wheel, we wanted to tackle the UTV market with a true 1pc forged monoblock wheel. Not cast, not flowforged.
Our UTV wheels are machined from a single forging that has been created with a 10,000 ton press. This means the strength and quality of the forging is of the highest level. Fully forged wheels are also lightweight (depending on design). For every 1lb of weight you save that is rotational, that is like saving 3lbs. Our factory we have partnered with overseas has a 800,000 sqft facility that handles complete production from the forging, design, FEA analysis, heat treating, machining, painting, testing, and ready to ship. As a manufacture for many of the largest wheel brands and even doing OEM vehicle wheels, the quality of this product will blow your mind. Whats even better is the way we are able to bring 1pc Forged Monoblock Wheels to the customer at this price point.
For the Polaris RZR and Can-Am X3 models running a 4×156 or 4×137 lug pattern respectively, we have available 15×7 +13mm in satin bronze or matte black you can run as a square setup front and rear. Or we have a 15×10 +0mm in satin bronze or matte black you can run with sand tires in the rear for the dune season. All wheels feature a knurl bead to help keep that tire gripping when running low air pressures. Wheels also feature a bolt in center cap with machined logo. Anddd these wheels can be used with our Agency Power big brake kits for the Polaris or Can-Am Here.
For the Polaris RZR Pro R with the new 5×114.3 lug pattern, we have a new 15×6 beadlock wheel available. This wheel has a 38mm offset that is perfect for the narrower trail stance that the full race cars love to use. The full machined bead lock is super easy to take on and off. Both the ring and beadlock are finished in matte black. Wheels feature in a bolt on center cap as well.
