APR Performance front wind splitters integrate with the front bumper to reduce front-end lift and increase high-speed stability. These splitters are highly effective at balancing the front versus rear downforce when used on conjunction with APR adjustable wings. There are two types of APR front wind splitters: carbon fiber and carbon fiber with Nomex honeycomb type.
One of our customers opted for the standard carbon fiber wind splitter. It provides good strength and rigidity, and is suitable for moderate racing conditions. He sent us in the photo below of the splitter on his 2015 Ford Mustang with the performance package.
