New Release From Armytrix – Valvetronic Exhaust System For BMW 340i (B58 Engine)
The new 340i is a face-lift model from BMW for the F30 3 Series sedan chassis. Along with several design changes, the higher end engine options also changed. The N55, which was produced since 2009, is now replaced with the B58. Even though the engine codes and layout are slightly different, this one still follows similar principles. A Straight 6 DOHC Direct Injection engine with a twin scroll turbo attached to it. The problems with both the N54 and N55 were the restrictive stock exhaust systems. The B58 also suffers from similar exhaust restrictions. The Armytrix cat-back by itself increases sound and free’s up post-cat restrictions. There is also an option for a race down pipe which gives you the best performance and a straight through, restriction free exhaust.
