This exhaust features a high-flow, high-temperature muffler and tuned Helmholtz resonator that produces a tantalizing and powerful sound. The muffler has a high-temperature black finish for optimal corrosion resistance as well. A 3-1/2” diameter black 304 stainless-steel exhaust tip with a laser-etched Dirt Runner logo finishes off the system. The tip accommodates for the Polaris factory spark arrestor. The laser-cut heat shield also sports the iconic aFe Power logo to make a statement. You can choose between a brushed finish or black powder-coated heatshield.
The aFe Slip-On Exhaust for the Polaris RZR was manufactured using cutting-edge computer-aided design technology. The entire system has been 100 percent MIG welded for race-proven strength and longevity. This direct bolt-on system boasts a custom, high-tolerance factory fitment too. It also utilizes a factory-style flange and hangers for a seamless installation process. Best of all, it requires absolutely no cutting or modifications to your side-by-side.
