The new aFe MACH Force-Xp Exhaust System with Muffler (NPP) for the 2020+ Corvette C8 is now available and shipping. This cat-back exhaust system is crafted from TIG-welded 304 stainless steel for that deep American muscle tone. aFe Power’s MACH Force-Xp exhaust with NPP valves is designed for models equipped with the performance exhaust option while retaining factory AFM valve functions. This system is available with three styles of quad 4.5″ tips in Ceramic Coated Black, Carbon Fiber, or a Polished finish. The clamp-on exhaust tips feature a laser-etched aFe POWER logo for added styling.

This cat-back exhaust system incorporates factory-style NPP dual-mode and AFM (active fuel management) exhaust valves that work with the C8’s factory exhaust valve motors (not included). The valves help regulate, direct, and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on the throttle position for maximum performance benefits. This system produced gains of up to +9 horsepower and +10 pound-feet of torque when measured on aFe Power’s in-house dyno. No tuning is required.

The MACH Force-Xp cat-back exhaust incorporates a heavy-duty flex pipe with an internal interlock liner for added strength and durability. It also features a high-flow, high-temperature muffler that emits a tantalizing soundtrack. What’s more, the muffler has a high-temperature metallic black finish for the ultimate in corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the stainless steel muffler features an integrated x-pipe to balance and evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system, minimizing exhaust drone and maximizing scavenging.
