To complete its latest lineup, aFe has just announced the availability of the new MACH Force-Xp Exhaust with Muffler Delete (No NPP) for the 2020 Corvette C8. The MACH Force-Xp exhaust system is constructed from 3 in. to 2-1/2 in. mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing that has been TIG welded for maximum strength and durability. This exhaust system features a high-flow metallic black muffler finished in a high-temperature metallic black coating for the highest level of corrosion resistance. The aFe MACH Force-Xp system integrates factory-style AFM (active fuel management) exhaust valves that use the Corvette C8’s factory exhaust valve motors (not included). The AFM valves aid in controlling exhaust pulses during cylinder deactivation. A mitered merge x-pipe is used to evenly distribute exhaust pulses that move through the C8’s exhaust system, therefore minimizing exhaust drone and maximizing scavenging. The MACH Force-Xp Exhaust with Muffler Delete also features a heavy-duty flex pipe with an internal interlock liner for added resilience and longevity.
Finishing off this exhaust system are quad 4-1/2 in. diameter polished, black, or carbon fiber clamp-on tips. These exhaust tips incorporate a laser-etched aFe POWER logo on them for added customization. The MACH Force-Xp exhaust was produced using cutting-edge computer-aided design technology with the goal of delivering a flawless high-tolerance factory fitment. Furthermore, this bolt-on exhaust system uses all factory-style flanges and hangers, so there is no cutting or modifications needed when installing.

- Designed for vehicles without NPP Dual Mode Exhaust Valves. For vehicles with NPP valves, the dual-mode exhaust valves will be eliminated.
