The aFe MACH Force-XP Exhaust with Muffler Delete (NPP) for the 2020 Corvette C8 is now available for shipping. This cat-back system is crafted from quality 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing that has been completely TIG welded for the ultimate in strength and durability. The MACH Force-Xp incorporates factory-style NPP dual-mode and AFM (active fuel management) exhaust valves that use the C8’s factory exhaust valve motors (not included). These valves help regulate, direct, and manage the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on the throttle position to deliver the maximum performance possible.

This cat-back exhaust system includes a heavy-duty flex pipe with an internal interlock liner for the highest levels of durability. A mitered merge x-pipe is also used to balance and evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the system to reduce exhaust drone and maximize scavenging. Finishing off this exhaust system are quad 4.5″ diameter black stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips featuring a laser-etched aFe Power logo for a more customized look.

When tested on aFe’s in-house dyno, this system produced gains of up to +7 horsepower and +5 pound-feet of torque. Since this exhaust was made with state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, it delivers a custom, high-tolerance factory-style fitment and includes all the necessary hardware for a seamless install process.
