The Momentum HD Cold Air Intake system from aFe features a unique one-piece housing. It is constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), featuring the brand’s own patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. The XLPE material is heat-soak resistant and proven to be extremely durable in the long-run. This innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for a seamless installation process. What’s more, this system features a high-quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to deliver the maximum amount of power gains while maintaining perfect fitment.

The Momentum HD intake for the Wrangler JL is available with aFe’s Pro DRY S filter, Pro GUARD7 filter, and the Pro 10R filter. The unique filter-to-housing interface was built to allow for the largest air filter possible. The 8-inch tall, pre-oiled 360-degree radial flow air filter has a 4-inch round flange and includes one of the three aforementioned media. The large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble the system. In addition, the soft EPDM hood seal is included to keep out hot engine air and create a perfect seal to your Jeep’s hood.
