Why get the aFe Power SCORCHER BLUE Bluetooth Power Module? Well, it’s a great way to increase turbo boost and overall vehicle performance, while also getting double-digit power gains as proven on the brand’s in-house dyno. Made to accommodate your personal skills and driving needs, this power module has four settings loaded and identifiable via the LED light on the switch or in the app. Stock is green, sport is yellow, sport+ is orange, and race is red. The& Veloster N feeds its front wheels 275 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque via its turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder. With aFe Power, you can achieve power increases of +60 horsepower and +75 pound-feet of torque when using race mode at 4,000 RPMs.

Important Note: aFe POWER strongly recommends upgrading the factory spark plugs to high-performance spark plugs to maintain a stronger, more consistent spark and prevent any damage to your engine. During testing, they used HKS M45XL spark plugs and recommend those spark plugs or an equivalent. Alternatively, the factory spark plug gap can be closed to 0.026” or smaller.
aFe POWER also recommends the use of high octane fuel for these settings:
- Sport (Yellow LED): 91 Octane or Higher is recommended
- Sport+ (Orange LED): 91 Octane or Higher is recommended
- Race (Red LED): 93 Octane or Higher is recommended
