The aFe Twisted Steel 304 Stainless Steel Headers produce gains of up to +18 horsepower and +25 pound-feet of torque, as measured on the company’s own in-house dyno. This is made possible by 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors that decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity. Such results in increased horsepower and torque figures, in addition to improved throttle response.
This system is constructed from 1-7/8” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum resilience. It has also been 100 percent MIG welded for race-proven strength and durability. The headers utilize cutting-edge computer-aided design technology, making for a custom high-tolerance factory fitment every time.
The system also incorporates factory style flanges designed to fit in the stock locations without any cutting or modifications for a hassle-free installation. The factory-style, laser-cut machined 304 stainless steel flanges also ensure a secure leak-free seal for optimal performance and longevity.
