Between Rocket Bunny kits for the Scion FR-S, Liberty Walk for the BMW, GTR, Ferrari, Porsche, and now Fairy Design with their CLA kit, this new trend is giving cars some extra beef! Even the latest Liberty Walk collaborations with Fairy Design for the Maserati Granturismo is insane. But Fairy Design is not all flares. Based in Japan, Fairy Design has kits available to rival others for the Mercedes G Wagon, Porsche Panamera, Maserati Quattroporte, and the 997.2 Carrera.
We had a kit shipped to us here at Vivid Racing to show you the kit in depth. The fender flare kit for the CLA is a 10 piece kit. This includes both the front and rear fenders. The front fenders are a 4 piece kit and the rear is a 6 piece kit to make sure all the transitions are flawless. The front spoiler lip can be had in carbon fiber or fiberglass like the flares. The lip is an OEM replacement to give the front a more striking style. The rear diffuser also available in either material is a simple add-on but much more aggressive. Finally the trunk wing, another add-on which you can leave in carbon or get paintable FRP. The spoiler has a long top section that sits on the trunk lid giving it a beautiful elongated look.
