With the AST Suspension 2000 series, we have designed the best entry level twin-tube damper for retaining OEM ride quality with a lowering range of 30mm – 60mm.
The 2000 series are specially setup for tuners, show cars and customers who would like to remove wheel gap while maintaining OEM ride quality. They are equipped with a fixed dampening rate based upon spring rates specifically created for the 2000 series.
During the development process, we refined the 2000 series based upon our highly-successful 4100 series shim stacks. The shocks offer a minimum lowering of 30mm with formed springs for most applications, resulting in a perfect fitment without the need for special spring platforms. This also minimizes noise while seamlessly fitting with OEM top mounts.
