The 2018 Aston Martin Vantage V8 is one of the most stunning coupes to come out of the British sports car manufacture. Featuring the beast of an engine from Mercedes, the 4.0L V8 twin turbo powerplant sits far back providing a beautifully balanced machine at just over 500 horsepower. Inspired by the track only Vulcan, the lines and styling of the Aston are pretty unique. Like many sports cars, they just don’t hit the mark on really bringing out the look with the factory wheels. Original a grayish color, this Vantage was wrapped in a dandelion yellow by the owner which had the black wheels just getting lost. As a super fan of the color yellow and previously having VR Forged on our last car, a BMW M3 F80, she wanted to continue this theme on the Aston. To produce a custom set of wheels for the Aston Martin Vantage V8, we wanted to nail the specs so these wheels sat functionally aggressive on the car.
These VR Forged wheels are a 2 piece design of our popular D03-R. The centers are a brushed and clear finish that are then mated to a full custom machine barrel. The wheels were designed to retain the factory tire specs of the OEM 20 inch wheels. The front wheels are a 20×9.5 +32mm which clear the OEM big brakes perfectly. The rear wheel is a 20×11.5 +44mm which sits perfect on the wide rear fender hips. Combined with its lowered stance and upgraded exhausts, this is the perfect combo of aftermarket wheels for the Aston Martin Vantage V8!
