Lumma Design is known for their big, “in-your-face” tuning kits and this one is no exception. In fact, Lumma Design may have just created the most insane X6M ever. The BMW X6M is considered to be an SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) and already stands out on the road with its sporty style and high power. However, the fluorescent yellow X6M below just knocks the others right out of the park with the insane Lumma CLR X6 R package. This kit gives the car a much more aggressive appearance and stance, complete with 22-inch matte black Lumma wheels and an optional carbon fiber or GRP hood.
The Lumma body kit comes with a front spoiler, rear lip spoiler and side skirts. It also has fender extensions complete with bigger air intakes and a double row of DRLs with dark LED fog lights that were created exclusively for the front bumper. The interior can be customized with the finest leather and Alcantara in a wide assortment of colors, along with trim inserts in a choice of three finishes: carbon fiber, high-tech aluminum or traditional wood veneer. The seats are a mix of black leather and Alcantara with yellow piping and dash accents to match. The center console, as well as the A-, B- and C-pillars are also re-trimmed in Alcantara. All plastic interior pieces are in the same fluorescent yellow color; Lumma even made the seat belts match the paint to give it a more complete look. To round everything out, the Lumma coat of arms logo is stitched into the headrests, floor and mats.
Apart from a car’s appearance, Lumma also likes to play with its engine. The X6 R package bumps up the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8’s horsepower output from 575 horses and 553 lb-ft of torque to a whooping 750 horses and 723 lb-ft of torque. This combination of power and torque allows the BMW X6M to reach way over 186mph. All of this power leaves the rear in a set of four centrally mounted tail pipes; the outer two measure at 3.9 inches and the inner two measure at 2.75 inches. You will definitely give your competition something to look at as you pass them by with that unmistakeable rear.
