If you are looking to add a bit of spice to your BMW to help set it apart from the rest, then AutoTecknic has what you need. With an impressive inventory of attractive replacement pieces made from raw ABS or carbon fiber, there is something for everyone. And AutoTecknic is constantly expanding its lineup of products to offer new and innovative parts that fit a wider range of vehicles. That being said, the brand has just announced its latest release: BMW Replacement Fender Trims available in either Prestige Dry Carbon Fiber or Glazing Black finishes. These fender pieces are designed to fit the 2018-2021 BMW BMW G01 X3 | G02 X4 and BMW F97 X3M | F98 X4M models.

Developed and engineered with the OEM standard as the framework, AutoTecknic fender trims are made with 100% non-recycled raw ABS or its signature autoclave technology which consists of 100 percent carbon fiber. This results in an overall highly durable construction with strong clips and tabs for a secure and seamless factory-like fit. As an AutoTecknic standard, each fender trim is individually finished with precision to deliver a product of superior paint quality to accentuate your specific make and model.

If you opt for AutoTecknic’s Prestige Dry Carbon finish, you may be wondering what that is exactly. Well, dry carbon fiber gets its name from the way in which it is manufactured. Dry carbon fiber is formed by using a “pre-preg” or impregnated piece of carbon materials. This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold, and then into a sealed autoclave to properly cure. This production method yields the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the “wet” method. The autoclave vacuuming process of making dry carbon means that there are fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets that form in the material. All in all, dry carbon is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products you can find.

Features:

  • Carbon fiber construction
  • Non-recycled raw ABS construction
  • Durable and lightweight
  • OEM-like fitment
  • Prestige Dry Carbon or Glazing Black
