AutoTecknic’s Dry Carbon Intake Air Ducts are designed to mount behind the front grille of your BMW F80 M3 and F82/ F83 M4. These air ducts aim to provide a “ram-air” effect by using the air intake motion as a means of increasing the static air pressure that enters the intake manifold under the bonnet. This process creates greater airflow throughout the engine by forcing in more cooler air and thus lowering the temperature of the engine. The carbon intake air ducts are available in carbon fiber or Red Kevlar finish. Both carbon fiber and Kevlar will provide a lightweight and aesthetically-pleasing appearance to the front end of your BMW.
Before a new AutoTecknic product is released, it undergoes a series of rigorous tests and quality control measures to ensure the quality fitment you would expect. Installation for this particular part takes no longer than 20 minutes and requires no drilling at all.
