The Volkswagen GTI has long been one of the most popular “hot hatch” vehicles around. The MK7.5 GTI is no different, and the 2.0L turbocharged engine under the hood loves to be modified. In stock form, the 227 horsepower output it actually somewhat decent, but us enthusiasts always want more. One of the easiest ways to get more power out of your GTI is with an aftermarket exhaust. This allows exhaust gases to escape the quicker, letting the engine breath easier and the turbo spin faster, resulting in more horsepower.
