Part of our new focus for 2015 is developing new products for Agency Power and delivering a commanding desire for these new innovated, high quality products. Since 2004 our sister company, Agency Power has been making performance parts for cars like Subaru, Mitsubishi, BMW, Porsche, and others. Investing in the right people, tools, and partnerships has us releasing new products with exquisite attention to detail. Some of our latest products are for the new 335I and 435I F30 cars. This particular 435I is the Gran Coupe 4 door. Already sporting the VR Tuned ECU Tuning Box kit, it wanted even more power! So we did our new cold air intake kit and high flow cat downpipes.
The Tuning Box already gives the BMW N55 a boost of 61bhp as tested. The intake featuing an all aluminum tube with CNC machined MAF sensor, has a custom AP cylindrical air filter to provide the perfect amount of air flow to the vehicle. Including a custom CNC machined AP logo mounting bracket to reduce any flex or movement of the intake tube, it is finished in a wrinkled black powdercoat. The cold air intake helps with throttle response and getting those turbos to spool up quick.
The high flow cat downpipe makes a HUGE difference over stock. Still made from full stainless steel with precision hand TIG welds, the flanges mate up to the stock turbo and exhaust giving you a true OEM modular fit. With the factory catalytic converter, the exhaust gases hit a wall robbing you have performance and power. With the new downpipe being more free flowing, the exhaust gasses can get out and give your BMW that strong mid to top end power even with the stock mufflers. No CEL’s either as we have tested.
