The team at Brey Krause Auto is pre-announcing a new BMW Fire Extinguisher Mount (R-2225) priced at $89.25. The Brey Krause R-2225 Fire Extinguisher Mount attaches directly to the bottom of the factory BMW seats in modern BMWs. It provides a mount location for either an Amerex style 2.5 lb fire extinguisher bottle (including the Brey Krause quick release mount) or the factory BMW fire extinguisher bottle/bracket. The bottle is mounted at the front of the seat, where it is close at hand but not in the way. Since it is attached to the seat itself, it stays properly located relative to the driver, regardless of the driver’s seat position.
The R-2225 bolts directly to the factory seat in the following BMW chassis: E81, E82, E87, E88, E89, E90, E91, E92, E93, F20, F21, F22, F25, F26, F30, F31, F32, F33, F34, F36, F45, F46, F48, F80, F82, F83, F87, I01, and I12. It will also fit the following Minis: F54, F55, F56, and F57.
