The Can-Am X3 MAX RS Turbo is an excellent UTV. It’s basically just a four-door version of their extremely popular Maverick X3 which allows you to bring more friends and gear on your adventures. Unfortunately, the increased size of the MAX RS adds a lot of weight. Plus with four doors you’re more likely to bring friends and gear. All this extra weight slows the MAX RS down significantly and can make it feel somewhat slow. There are various methods of making your MAX RS faster, but one of the easiest ones is an ECU tune. This works by changing the engine’s parameters such as fuel, ignition timing, boost, torque limiters, speed limiters, rev limiters, and other parameters. Vivid Racing’s tuning division, VR Tuned, has worked hard on developing the perfect tune for the X3.

Our VR Tuned ECU flash takes power from 172hp up to 190hp. Most ECU flashes can take up to 20 minutes to install, but our system takes a roughly 3 minutes. For 3 minutes of work, an 18 horsepower gain is absolutely insane. The flash is pretty easy to install. Just use our software on a Windows powered PC, plug it in, follow the instructions and you’re good to go!
