When it comes to aftermarket Corvette exhaust systems, Greddy is a popular name. With the EVOlution GT exhaust, they released back in November of 2017, however, that changed. Not only is their exhaust cost-effective, but it also has great horsepower gains and a unique two tip design instead of the standard quad tip design. This has made it relatively popular in the Corvette world. Just recently, a customer of ours ordered this exhaust, installed it on their Z06, and sent us pictures to share with everyone.
As we mentioned, this exhaust has a unique dual tip design. With such a large exhaust opening in the rear bumper, Greddy decided to use dual 4.5” slash cut tips. Even with such large diameter tips, there is room on the left and right of the tips, which is why they offer a carbon fiber exhaust shroud piece to cover that up. As tested on the dyno, this exhaust system is proven to gain 27whp and 34wtq on a C6 Z06. Not only does it add power, but it’s a massive 24lbs lighter than the stock exhaust, as it doesn’t have the heavy valved system that the OEM unit does. Like all EVOlution GT exhaust systems, this one is fully hand welded and built from 304 stainless steel for the highest possible build quality, while still maintaining a low price.
