The Mazda RX8 has long been one of the most iconic JDM cars of all time. The rotary engine under the hood gives the RX8 an entirely different driving experience compared its competition. Because of this, it has become a very popular tuner car. As with any car, one of the first modifications most owners install is a set of aftermarket wheels. This client chose a set of GramLights 57DR wheels which offer a strong design without breaking the bank.
Although the 57DR is a cast wheel, it offers superb strength thanks to the sophisticated manufacturing process. On top of the strong design, these wheels are significantly lighter than the OEM wheels, offering better turn-in and braking thanks to the reduced rotating mass. Fitment for these particular set of wheels is 18×9.5 +22mm, which is a relatively aggressive fitment but looks awesome.
