1991 Toyota MR2 Story
This ’91 mid-engine 2-seater rocket of a relic dropped into my hands early 2024. As someone who grew up flipping the pages of Super Street and JDM Tuner magazines I knew I needed to take the chance at building my own feature car. With a 2006 Acura RSX Type-S swapped in and high-end Carbon Fiber displayed throughout, I inched closer to what I hoped to accomplish. A beast for in-town driving and a nimble fox on the track, this homage to the 90’s street tuner scene has been my favorite build to date.
