As Ken Block’s signature driving shoe used in his famous Gymkhana and Rally videos, this lightweight, flexible shoe features UNILITE technology, a foam which gives your feet the ultimate cushioning, impact protection, and flexibility making the shoe sleek and lightweight.
The double lasted forefoot on medial side reduces friction from gas and brake pedals. The Pro Spec 3.0 shoes also feature a notched heel collar, as well as a unique tongue pocket to conceal laces. For that extra race inspired look, a carbon fiber shank is visible through the outsoles.

i have the black spec 3 and there are a really stiff shoe i do not recomend for a 5 speed
Yes they are up to the FIA fire resistance standards.
