Premium Intake Systems are now Available for the E9x M3

With their second big announcement this week, Eventuri has been on a mission to get their new products to market. Earlier we presented the new RS3 intake system and now BMW is getting an intake for their E9x variant.

The new M3 intake is a little different than their traditional intake systems, but it is an very impressive piece. This new part still has a full carbon fiber construction, but it reuses the factory air box lid. They have integrated a free-flowing elbow which feeds air directly into the intake manifold without restriction. The factory snorkle piece still works as intended from the factory, but Eventuri has added another external scoop which sits in the vent below the drivers side tail light. This directs even more air into the filter element which helps the vehicle breath.

Check out the CAD design of the intake below as well as the installed photos. This thing looks very impressive and improves upon the factory design.
