We here at Vivid Racing took another Ford Focus ST to a powerful new level with our VR Tuned ECU Stage 1 upgrade. This vehicle was already equipped with an Agency Power catback exhaust and the owner wanted to gain more performance through the RPM curve. The VR Tuned flash upgrade is done completely through the OBDII port with our very own iFlash unit as seen here. Once we read the car, we can then create a file to flash to the car. The result? The throttle response is more aggressive and the power through the mid to top end is stronger. In addition, an improvement in torque and horsepower is quite noticeable.
The VR Tuned box is definitely a great ECU flash upgrade for the Ford Focus ST ECOBoost engine.
