HKS just announced the availability of its Hi-Power SPEC-L II Exhaust for the Honda Fit. The SPEC-L II system has a straight-through construction that helps to improve your car’s exhaust efficiency. What’s more, it offers an appealing aesthetic at the rear that gives it that added sporty look. Apart from good looks and performance benefits, the SPEC-L II exhaust system will deliver an attractive yet comfortable sound thanks to the HKS silent chamber. This helps emit a unique exhaust tone that is noticeable without being too extreme.

Benefits of the HKS SPEC-L II system include a stylish appearance, more efficiency, improved drivability, low exhaust pressure, and a reduction in overall weight. Lightweight is an important factor in agile driving and has become an important standard in the making of aftermarket automotive exhaust systems. HKS’ systems have achieved the ultimate weight reduction when compared to titanium ones. It achieved this by utilizing super-lightweight parts and materials for the SPEC-L II pipes and silencers. The stainless steel SPEC-L II system weighs just 3.05kg instead of the stock 4.95kg. That’s nearly a 40 percent reduction from the stock muffler while only changing the axle-back exhaust.

The new HI-Power SPEC-L II system features optional tail tip covers so you can further customize the system to your individual tastes. There are three exhaust tips available: standard titanium, familiar carbon, and a Neuse tip with blue stainless steel. The series pictured here has a beautiful titanium exhaust tip cover instead of the carbon one. The burnt titanium tail tips (see above) will take your Honda Fit to a whole new level with a more race-like view from the back.
