HKS engineers its exhaust systems for each vehicle’s specific make/model and application. The HKS Hi-Power SPEC-L II Exhaust is now available for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000. The SPEC-L II system features a straight-through design that greatly improves your vehicle’s exhaust efficiency. It also delivers an attractive and sporty, yet comfortable sound based on your car’s individual specifications. The unique exhaust note is distinct without being over the top thanks to the use of an HKS silent chamber.
The SPEC-L II exhaust system boasts weight reduction, low exhaust pressure, improved efficiency, and a stylish rear aesthetic. Being lightweight is an extremely important aspect when it comes to agile driving and has become a crucial factor when engineering aftermarket exhaust systems. HKS has achieved a weight reduction in comparison to titanium exhausts by using ultra-lightweight components and materials for the pipes and silencers. The weight of this stainless steel SPEC-L II system is just 10kg, which is 60 percent of the Honda S2000’s stock exhaust.

The new HI-Power SPEC-L II is compatible with the optional tail tip covers. There are three types of tips available: standard titanium, familiar carbon, and a Neuse tip with blue stainless steel. This series features a stunning titanium exhaust tip cover instead of the carbon one. The burnt titanium tail tips (pictured above) give your S2000 a more race-like appearance from the rear.
