Have you ever wondered if it is possible to build a more powerful Ford F-150 that will take your adventures to the next level? Well, you don’t have to wonder anymore, the new Roush 2.65L R2650 TVS Supercharger can add up to 305 HP over stock, boosting power output to 705 horsepower and 635 lb-ft torque. For your information, 705 horsepower is a huge amount of power that will make your Ford F-150 more powerful than a great percentage of supercars in the market, with 705 horsepower we are talking about a top speed of 200+ mph.

Roush Performance, recognized internationally as a premier provider of automotive systems, has a catalog of products that are comprised of Ford powertrain components, and the company has four decades of expertise under its belt. Their products include Roush engines, superchargers, F-150 mods, Mustang parts, brake packages, and suspension kits. The Roush Supercharger Kit for 705HP Ford F-150 2021-2022 is now available in our shop for just $8,649.99, and it is backed by Roush Performance’s in-house 3 year/36,000-mile ROUSH limited powertrain warranty when installed by a certified ASE technician (see warranty section for more information).

Regarding the design of this supercharger, the team of ROUSH engineers developed an optimized billet aluminum viscous crankshaft damper to improve the durability and longevity of the supercharged 5.0L V8 engine. In addition to that, they put this supercharger through rigorous development and testing process. As a result, it was determined that it was necessary to add a unique ROUSH damper to the kit to reduce the increased torsional inputs needed to handle the increased power level.

In addition to that, The ROUSH supercharger kit has completed hot development trips to validate cooling performance, AC performance, and towing capability. The development team used a cold chamber at -20° F cold starts to validate cold start reliability. Over 900 hours of dyno engine durability and testing were completed to validate the supercharger and meet ROUSH Performance’s engine durability requirements. This Supercharger kit also includes a set of uniquely designed spark plugs that were developed specifically for supercharger applications. The new spark plugs are optimized for the forced induction combustion process and reduce the pre-ignition / detonation risks from the added power of the supercharger.

Apart from power increase, this supercharger comes with added benefits such as greatly enhanced thermal efficiency, higher volumetric capacity, higher operating speeds, a smoother, and more efficient flow of air into the engine, and improved noise and vibration characteristics. Unlike turbocharging, the ROUSH R2650 TVS supercharger provides instant throttle response and can generate increased power through the engine’s entire powerband.
