HRE Has Released A Light Weight Version of The R101 which is Perfect For Track and Street use.
We have been a big fan of HRE Wheels at Vivid for quite some time. Our showroom even has a wall full of their products on display. They have been known for their Multi Piece wheels which are strong and performance oriented. They have always offered a great deal of customization as well. This customization Includes Diameter, Width, Offset, Lip size, Bolt Pattern, Material, Color and more. They have also ventured into the flow formed wheel category and have created a more affordable one piece applications. These Flow Formed wheels have also been a great hit with the tuning community. Their more recent R101 is an amazing looking mono block design, which is light and pleasant on the eyes. They have now created a light weight version of the 101 for specific vehicles which are super light weight. Like RIDICULOUSLY light weight. So far the applications listed below are the only ones available from HRE. With the specifications and performance of these new R101 LW, we can probably expect to see many more in the future.

HRE’s R101 Lightweight takes the R101 style to the next level. The R101 LW is specifically designed for individual vehicle models creating the ultimate in lightweight optimization for street and track use. Every vehicle model has a different load rating and power output, so we’ve utilized this data to redesign the R101 for each model application fine-tuning each detail of the wheel to remove weight and add stiffness where possible.
