Achieve Better Suspension Geometry and Increased Durability with the new Delta Joint
Icon Vehicle Dynamics has released a new ball joint set up which is dubbed the “Delta Joint.” This new part allows for an increased angle which will help with binding and suspension geometry issues. This new part also has added rigidity over factory ball joints which allows for extended life and better performance. Zinc plated construction allows for improved corrosion resistance for years to come. The greasable joint allows for quiet operation and keeps harsh elements away from important components. These parts offer a 5 year limited warranty from the manufacturer. Official release notes are posted below, as well as an instructional video on operation.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics is extremely proud to introduce the Delta Joint – a new product that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance of a traditional uniball. The Delta Joint’s patent pending design was conceived after an interesting pattern of premature uniball wear was recognized by our engineering team. What was peculiar about these cases was that they seemed to be consistently reported from areas in which road salts and other harsh de-icing agents are used throughout the year. After the inspection of several sets of uniballs, it was clear that wear and tear was being accelerated on these components in these particular conditions.
